About
The main goal of the project is to increase the capacity of some 40 representatives of regional and local authorities, the business community and civil society in the framework of a regular meeting of the Balkhash-Alakol Water Basin Council, discuss the recently adopted State Water Resource Management Programme for 2014-2040, some changes in the current national legislation and national experts ways to introduce the modern water-resource saving technologies in the Balkhash-Alakol area.
