Radiological Emergency Response. Reference Guidebook

The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine together with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine developed this set of training materials to supplement the «Recommendations on the development of modular training programme for junior, middle and senior management staff of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine involved in responding to emergencies with hazardous chemical, radioactive and biological substances». The Reference Guidebook  can be used by lecturers of the educational institutions and others for preparing theoretical and practical trainings on radiological emergency response. The document was developed with due regard to best international practices and recommendations of relevant international organizations. Available in Ukrainian.
