WIN Project Update – March 2023

Welcome to the fourth Project Update of the OSCE Secretariat Gender Issues Programme WIN project. The aim of this Update is to inform project stakeholders on key milestones and plans of the project. In this Update, we will focus on project’s work in Ukraine following the Russian invasion of the country on 24 February 2022.
