Including the voices of hate crime victims in policymaking and policy implementation — a practical guide
This guide, which is built around ten key guiding principles, is aimed at national stakeholders who are interested in the meaningful and considerate inclusion of hate crime victims’ voices in policymaking and policy implementation processes.
The guide takes stock of the experience and existing practices shared by national stakeholders and sets out practical guidelines to follow when engaging with hate crime victims for policymaking or policy implementation purposes. It also draws inspiration from the work that practitioners across the EU and OSCE region have done to support and protect victims of domestic violence, trafficking in human beings and war crimes.- Date:
