Secretary General highlights OSCE’s contribution to regional security at Doha Forum

DOHA, 8 December 2025 – OSCE Secretary General Feridun H. Sinirlioğlu participated in the Doha Forum this week, joining global leaders and policymakers to discuss today’s most pressing security challenges under the theme "Diplomacy, Dialogue and Diversity."

During the Forum, the Secretary General engaged with high-level officials, researchers and academics on how today’s security threats are increasingly interconnected and how their impact extends across the OSCE region and beyond.

Secretary General Sinirlioğlu highlighted the OSCE’s essential contribution to regional stability and its impact on people’s daily lives. He underscored that with an ever-evolving security landscape, the OSCE’s comprehensive approach to security is needed more than ever.
