Training Against Hate Crimes for Law Enforcement (TAHCLE) - Trainer's Manual
ODIHR’s Training Against Hate Crime for Law Enforcement (TAHCLE) programme is designed to improve law enforcement responses to hate crime cases by giving police the knowledge and skills to recognize, understand and effectively investigate hate crimes, whilst taking a victim-centred approach.
The manual is accompanied by a presentation, and the Handouts can be downloaded separately here.
If you require editable versions of any of the training materials please contact ODIHR at hatecrimetraining@odihr.pl with your request or to discuss specific training needs.
For an overview of the TAHCLE programme please see the programme description here.
