Issues concerning the role of professional associates and the initiation of proceedings in inheritance cases
This report finds that, due to procedural deficiencies, Kosovo courts are failing to adjudicate inheritance proceedings in accordance with domestic law, thereby violating rights guaranteed under international and regional human rights instruments.
