High Commissioner on National Minorities statements to the OSCE Permanent Council
The High Commissioner addresses the Permanent Council regularly, providing an update on the activities since the previous statement. If the High Commissioner decides to issue an early warning, it is added to the agenda of the next meeting of the Permanent Council.
