2026 Study Visit Programme for OSCE Asian and Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation

Eight participants from OSCE Asian and Mediterranean Partners for Co-operation countries will have the opportunity to take part in a two week study visit with the OSCE from 28 September to 9 October 2026.
Participants will have the chance to learn about the work of the OSCE through briefings and presentations, and participate in OSCE events. They will also be able to visit other OSCE Executive Structures, including the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media (RFoM), and the Vienna office of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (OSCEPA). This year, the Programme will include a visit and meetings in Warsaw, Poland, the host country of ODIHR.
Candidates will be nominated by delegations from OSCE Partners for Co-operation and are requested to submit a completed application.
Eligibility
OSCE Partners for Co-operation are expected to ensure that nominated candidates meet the following requirements:
- be under the age of 35;
- have completed a first-level degree from an accredited university;
- possess professional fluency in English, both oral and written;
- possess prior work experience in international relations, preferably in a multilateral context.

Nominated candidates will be asked to provide a CV and motivational statement outlining their interest in the Programme.
