OSCE/ODIHR-Venice Commission Joint Opinion on the Draft Law Amending the Law on Freedom of Conscience and on Religious Organizations of Armenia

This Joint Opinion was prepared in response to a request from the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia sent to the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and the Council of Europe's Venice Commission in November 2017. The Joint Opinion was examined by the Sub-Commission on Fundamental Rights and subsequently by the Venice Commission at its 114th Plenary Session (Venice, 16-17 March 2018).
