Handbook for Monitoring Women's Participation in Elections

The guidance provided in this handbook is intended to ensure that as each Election Observation Mission draws conclusions on the extent to which an election process meets OSCE commitments and reflects universal principles, it takes fully into account how the election process affects both women and men.
