Moldova: Joint Follow-up Opinion to the Joint Opinion on Amendments to the Electoral Code and Other Related Laws Concerning Ineligibility of Persons Connected to Political Parties Declared Unconstitutional

This Joint Follow-up Opinion was prepared by the European Commission for Democracy Through Law (Venice Commission) and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) following a request from the Speaker of the Parliament of Moldova.

This Opinion is a follow-up to the Joint Opinion of the Venice Commission and ODIHR on previous amendments to the electoral code and other related laws concerning ineligibility of persons connected to political parties declared unconstitutional.
