OSCE/ODIHR-Venice Commission Joint Opinion on Amendments to the Electoral Legislation and Related "Harmonisation Laws" Adopted in March and April 2018

This Joint Opinion was prepared jointly by the Council of Europe's Venice Commission and the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) following a request by the Chairman of the Committee on the Honouring of Obligations and Commitments by Member States of the Council of Europe (Monitoring Committee) of the Parliamentary Assembly (PACE). The Joint Opinion was adopted by the Venice Commission at its 117th Plenary Session (14-15 December 2018).
