Gender Equality through the Prohibition of Discrimination in the Light of the Case-law of the European Court of Human Rights

The materials are designed in the form of an interactive training on gender equality for judges with due regard to the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights and best international standards in judicial education. The publication was prepared within the Project "Safeguarding Human Rights through Courts", implemented by the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine with the financial support from Global Affairs Canada.
