Competent leaders with strong sense of values and responsibility can do a lot to advance reforms, especially in the sphere of rule of law. The OSCE Secretariat Extra-Budgetary Support Programme for Ukraine jointly with the Aspen Institute Kyiv organizes a dialogue seminar for Ukrainian senior judiciary, public officials, and representatives of legal community, NGOs and media to promote in-depth discussion and exchange of views on the rule of law, good governance, and human rights values.
This year’s event, devoted to key issues of theoretical constitutionalism will serve as a platform for brainstorming on ways to overcome key challenges in the ongoing reforms of constitutional justice system.
Participants are selected on a competitive basis, the applicants must fill out an application form by 19 May 2023.
